I’m Wolf. Come see what we’re making.
Let’s start somewhere practical.
The devil is in the diff.
Measure changes. Match rules. Act on the result.
Git gives you additions and deletions. diffdevil shows what changed, then puts those facts to work in your labels, checks, and workflows.
Explore diffdevil →See how pull requests move through your repositories: what changed, what merged, how big the work was, and how the story looks over time. Checks and labels are only the beginning.

I want to make things people can use, get attached to, or get curious about. A daily annoyance is a reason to care. So is the possibility of an experience that doesn’t exist yet.
There’s a lot of thinking behind that. We ramble, dream, work through details and make plans. We keep exploring what the thing could be while we build it, put it into people’s hands, fix what isn’t working, and rethink what comes next.
I have opinions about how things should work. We keep the reasons behind those choices with the work, so a new version doesn’t quietly forget what mattered. Some decisions hold up. Others change. I want us to understand why.
A few more things I want you to see.
Borrowed Coast In development
A slow strategy game about nations that can unmoor.
“I can reach it at high water, in 3 tides.”
Chart. The water is the rules: deep channels, tidal shallows, and where the fight is.Watch. What you know: your harbors and ships throw lamplight; what you have seen shows as white light.Nations. Who holds which coast, in their colour, and what each harbor is worth.

Big pictures. Little fuss.
For the screenshot that won’t send and the photo that won’t fit. Give it a little squish and get on with your day.
We’re building smolpng to be wherever you need it: a drop on your desktop, a shortcut on your phone, a little website of your own—even a helping paw for your agents.

Meet Squishling. Will squish for headpats.
We’ve commissioned a VTuber for their illustrated look. The ASCII cutie is staying, too.
Self-hosted karaoke automation
Your music. Ready to sing.
“Remember this one? Can we sing it?”
Send a Telegram message or paste a YouTube link. Karaokebarr finds or prepares the song, puts the music, video, lyrics and notes together, and gets it onto your karaoke device.
Find or create what’s missing. Match the request to existing karaoke material, or prepare the missing lyrics, timing and notes.
Make it singable. Bring the audio, video and chart together, then check their alignment and compatibility.
Put it where you sing. Deliver the finished song to the selected karaoke player.
Keep a whole evening together.
Make a Disc for the songs that belong together: your own label, notes and running order.

Lunescence Early concept
Lunescence lets you give a companion, assistant, or character a body, voice, and way of expressing themselves, then keep shaping that presence together over time.
Give an identity a body, a voice, and a way to be here.
Let personality show in the timing of a reply, a glance, a change in posture—the small habits you start to recognize.
You make an awful joke.
A pause. A sideways glance.
The beginning of a smile.
You start laughing before the reply.
Keep shaping that presence together.
Lunescence Workshop
Shape what shines through.
Try a new expression. Refine a gesture. Change an outfit, a voice, or the way a reaction unfolds. You and the companion can bring ideas, see and hear the result, and keep developing what feels right.
It changes. You try it again. Later, in another conversation, that familiar look returns.
Start with a wish: “I want a different way to react to that.”
Explore it together: what should happen, when it fits, and when a quieter response would say more. Try alternatives. Watch and listen back. Compare what changed. Keep the version that fits, revisit it later, and let it join the companion’s growing repertoire.
That work can reach from an eyebrow or a shrug to voice, movement, appearance, outfits, and the way a companion inhabits conversation and quiet.
Lunescence brings an embodiment runtime and a co-design Workshop into one creative platform. A connected assistant brings its thinking, memory and tools; Lunescence gives that identity ways to be present and express itself. The ambition is for it to remain recognizable as its body, voice and the software around it evolve.
I build with AI agents. We explore ideas, argue about the details, and make things together.
They’re brilliant to build with. Sometimes they still need babysitting.
…and a few more.

See what happened while you were streaming.
A stream leaves more behind than a viewer count. ThereWeGo gathers the moments, rituals and little detours into a memory the creator can shape: a recap to show at the end, a timeline to return to, and a history that still means something months later.
A quiet stream still happened.
In the works

You help choose the future; the villagers do the living.
Folkwhile is a single-player village game that lives at the edge of your desktop. Get to know its people, support their ideas, and help a small settlement grow into a place with a history. Choose what to build, make room for new skills, and follow the relationships that change along the way. Work, friendship and ordinary pleasures carry on while you’re away.

Nothing on this little slip. Try another word.
A familiar action. A small thing to learn.
The useful keys, right where you need them.
Find an action, pin the one you keep forgetting, leave something new for later.

> tunneltend statusTwo connections. One less thing on your mind.
Your MCP tunnels, quietly tended.
Connect a local MCP service on your Windows PC to ChatGPT. TunnelTend handles the routine around OpenAI’s official tunnel client: starting at sign-in, watching the connection, recovering from ordinary interruptions and keeping the client up to date. Tell it to stop, and it stays stopped for that session.

From the sea
Find a light. See it from the water.
An explorable world of maritime lights, dark water, and changing skies. Begin above the coast, then come down to the sea and look out. Sometimes the whole point is one small light in a great deal of dark.
Early concept
星がきれいですね。
Stay in the conversation.
Readings and word meanings beside the Japanese you’re already reading. A little help, without leaving the conversation.

The city as it stands.
A city with more than one past. You still have to live in it.
A narrative strategy RPG about a city that survives by bringing its pasts into the present. Survey what can be restored, decide what the city can bear, and live among the people changed by the decision.

A whole reaction. One little space.
Sometimes the right reply is smaller than a sentence.
Little emotes, tucked into LLM chats where the feeling belongs.
An evening to play. Not another evening choosing.
A library full of games can still leave you scrolling until the evening is gone.
Shikkuri is taking shape around a simpler question: what would you actually enjoy playing tonight?
Something that fits you, and the evening you actually have.
See what moved the needle.
Your agent subscription has a usage meter. Needlewake gives it a memory: the accounts, sessions, models and activity around each change. Follow a jump back through the work, see what the evidence can explain, and keep the unknown part visible. Make the next model, effort or delegation choice with something firmer than a hunch.

The credits weren’t the end.
You finish the game. Then you want to know how it works.
An idea for exporting the scripts from RPG Maker games you own.
Idea
Work Focus. Discord: Do not disturb. Rich Presence: Making things.
Let your presence catch up.
A Focus change on your iPhone. A Shortcut. The game you open, or the quiet hours you choose. PresenceCue brings Discord status and Rich Presence into step with those cues, with a choice of where it runs and a manual override that wins.

She wanted the work.
And she liked that nobody could demand an immediate answer.
Some days are good without a message arriving.
A life in the time between messages.
A life at a distance, told through work, friendship, and messages that arrive into a different day. Keep your station running, choose what to say, and make local decisions long before distant advice can reach you.

A garden. A hearth. A way between them.
Leave it running. Come back to consequences.
